Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Account Creation

To join our academy as a student or teacher, you must complete our online registration form, providing your full name, email address, phone number, country, and gender. For students, we also require your age. It is your responsibility to ensure all information is accurate and kept up to date.

You can request to have your account and all associated data deleted directly from your user dashboard at any time.

2. Live Courses and E-Books

All of our classes are delivered live via Zoom, five days a week. You will receive a unique meeting code for your class 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This meeting code is for your personal use only.

Important: Sharing it with others is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your enrollment. You will not have access to recorded classes, as our curriculum is based on live, interactive instruction.

We may also offer Islamic e-books for sale. Once purchased, these e-books are for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

3. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Student Payments:

Course fees are due at the beginning of each month. If your payment is not received, we will send a payment reminder to your registered email address for three consecutive days. If payment is still not received after these reminders, your enrollment will be automatically canceled, and you will be removed from your course. You may re-enroll at any time by making a successful payment.

Refund Policy:

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your course within the first three days of enrollment, you may request a full refund. To do so, you must submit a refund request through the provided form and provide a reason for your cancellation. After the 3-day trial period, all fees are non-refundable.

Cancelling Your Enrollment:

You may cancel your enrollment at the end of any given month. To do so, you must submit a cancellation form, explaining your reasons for leaving the course.

4. Community and Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful and safe online learning environment for all students and teachers. You agree to treat your teachers and fellow students with respect and to not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior.

Any violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
